Position Overview

Lead complex electrical projects as a Foreman with Kansas Electric. You'll manage crews, ensure project quality and safety, coordinate with other trades, and drive successful project completion on industrial and commercial electrical installations.

Core Responsibilities

Leadership and technical expertise

Crew Leadership

Lead and manage electrical crews of 5-12 electricians across multiple project phases and locations

Project Coordination

Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades for seamless execution

Quality Control

Ensure all electrical work meets specifications, codes, and Kansas Electric's quality standards

Safety Leadership

Maintain the highest safety standards and ensure all crew members follow proper safety protocols

Qualifications & Experience

Leadership credentials and technical expertise

Technical Requirements

  • Licensed Electrician

    Valid Kansas journeyman or master electrician license required

  • 7+ Years Experience

    Extensive commercial/industrial electrical experience

  • Code Expert

    Comprehensive NEC and local code knowledge

Leadership Requirements

  • Crew Management

    Proven ability to lead teams and manage project workflows

  • Communication Skills

    Strong verbal and written communication with all stakeholders

  • OSHA 30 Certification

    Advanced safety training and safety leadership experience
